ATTENTION STUDENTS!

•  Please read the Prospectus Carefully.

• Special care should be taken to fill in the admission form accurately and completely. False / wrong information may lead to cancellation of admission.

• Candidate seeking admission to M. Sc. Part I Chemistry should keep in touch with the college office.  Individual information will not be sent to them at their home address.

• Kindly avoid seeking telephonic and e-mail information especially for admission.

• Students from other Universities: Kindly note that if you wish to take admission, it is essential to procure "ELIGIBILITY CERTIFICATE" from R. T. M. Nagpur University. This certificate can be obtained by depositing Rs. 100/- along with an attested photocopy of the last qualifying examination to the University. Eligibility certificate is not compulsory at the time of application.
  However, kindly note that admission can be confirmed only with "Eligibility Cetrificate" along with other documents mentioned in the prospectus.

 WHO IS ELIGIBLE FOR ADMISSION TO M. Sc. PART I SEMESTER I:

As per university rule, a student securing minimum of 45% marks are only eligible for admission in M. Sc. Chemistry Course.

Admission is strictly on the basis of Merit and Interview / Counseling.

WHAT IS THE ADMISSION PROCEDURE?

Application form for the course will be made available on payment of prescribed fee of Rs. 100/- from the college office.

Fill-in the admission form and calculation of index form and send it along with a demand draft of Rs. 100/- in favor of "S. F. S. College Society, Nagpur" at the following address on or before the date mentioned above..

The College Office will not process applications for admission unless accompanied by an attested copy each of the certificates mentioned below.

·         The candidate will have to appear for counseling / interview before the admission committee at his / her own cost on the day fixed for the same. The decision of admission is to be taken on the spot at the time of counseling / interview. The candidates are advised to come along with their parents.

·         Students called for an interview with Principal / Director / Committee should bring with them the original certificates mentioned above and present these at the College office. Besides, they are required to furnish two recent passport size photographs (one to be affixed on the application form and one for Identity / Admit card) and two envelopes with parent's  / guardian's name and office address (Size 23 x 13 cms) at the time of interview.

·         Schedule for the interview will be displayed along with merit list on the website as per the dates mentioned.

·         The candidates should come prepared to pay the fees. Selected candidates have to pay all the fees immediately at the time of admission, other wise his / her admission stands cancelled. Fees may be paid in cash or demand draft in the name of S. F. S. College Society.
